the whole check, in process was incredibly easy and straightforward, thanks to Deyan's excellent communication. the mobile home itself was immaculately clean and provided ample space for our group of 3 adults and 2 children. We all slept well in the comfortable accommodation. the site had fantastic activities for the kids, including swimming, Nerf gun training, and a climbing wall. the staff were friendly and safety, conscious at all times. I also appreciated the extra touch of a bottle of wine waiting for us. I highly recommend this property for a budget, friendly and enjoyable holiday. Cons: Nothing to mention. 😉.

The lounge, dining area, and pantry were absolutely stunning - like something out of a dream! The toilets were conveniently located and spotlessly clean, and we were thrilled to have a place to park our car. The welcoming touch of a bottle of wine was such a nice surprise. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, making meal preparation a breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Had a great weekend at this place! Checking-in was a breeze and Deyan was awesome at keeping us informed. The mobile home was spotless and super comfy. Slept like a baby! Plenty of space for our group of 5. Loved the on-site activities we paid extra for like swimming and Nerf gun training, kept the kids happy. Also, loved the beautiful lounge and dining area and the well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of parking too. Great value for money and a convenient location.
Just a few minor things. The double bed could have been cozier with a better mattress and softer bed linen.

the check-in process was a breeze and Deyan, our host, was fantastic at communicating with us. the caravan itself was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of space for our group of 3 adults and 2 children, and we all slept soundly. I also appreciated the extra activities available on-site, such as swimming and Nerf gun training, which our boys absolutely loved. the lounge, dining area, and pantry were beautifully furnished, and the toilets were well-maintained. the kitchen was fully equipped and even had a lovely welcome gift of a wine bottle. this was a fantastic property and I would highly recommend it for a friend's gathering or a budget-friendly family getaway. the location was also great, with easy access to buses going straight to Edinburgh.
No complaints at all!

The room was so cozy and comfy, like a little home away from home. I loved the private bathroom with a shower. It felt so nice to have my own space to freshen up. The ironing facilities were a bonus too, kept my clothes looking sharp.
The only thing I didn't love was that workers and vans aren't allowed. But hey, that's just my preference.

Our stay at the 3 Bedroom Mobile Home was amazing! The location was lovely and well-maintained, and the children's activities were excellent. We felt safe and secure with the attentive staff. The lounge, dining area, and pantry were beautiful, and we truly appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. we highly recommend this mobile home for a great family or group getaway.
There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The double bed could have been more comfortable, and the texture of the bed linen wasn't ideal.

The private bathroom with shower was a game-changer for me! It made my stay so much more convenient and comfortable. Plus, having ironing facilities in the unit was a nice touch.
Honestly, I wasn't a big fan of the fact that workers and vans are not allowed. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
